Batthyány Castle Hotel ****

The Batthyány Castle Hotel is situated in a quiet, relaxing environment in a landscaped area of 10 acres, on the outskirts of a small village called Zalacsány. The Castle building is surrounded by an open-air swimming pool, children’s playground, beach volleyball and tennis courts, bar skittles, a grill terrace and a bar.

All guests are welcome who is after relaxation, peace and quitness. The Castle Hotel has got 28 different rooms, restaurants, an indoor thermal pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and on the top of that, spa services are provided such as various massage therapies. In the elegant restaurant, our homemade dishes evoke the warmth of an aristocratic residence, while the 300 year old ancient park attracts you for an afternoon walk.

Rooms and Suites

Our hotel has got 28 different type of rooms where young couples, families with children and the older generation can find the most suitable type of accomodation. Our rooms take you to the aristocratic era in order to meet the standard of today’s comfort.

Standard rooms

We have 14 standard rooms in our castle.Each room is 22-28 m2 and located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. All of them are air conditioned.

Superior rooms

We have 3 superior rooms in our castle which are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor. The rooms are 35-40 m2.

Family rooms

We have 2 family rooms in our castle. The rooms are 36/-40 m2 and located on the 1st and 2nd floor. There are 2 separated bedrooms that is suitable for 4-6 persons. Some of the rooms have spacious balcony from where you can have a beautiful view on our park.

Gastronomy and catering

The elegant restaurants of the castle offer homemade-style dishes and specialties evoking the warmth of the one-time aristocratic residence.

In addition to the specialties of Hungarian cuisine, you can also try foreign tastes, and, furthermore, we hold grill evenings on the terrace of the restaurant on summer nights.

Our chef is one of the best in the country. Our guests can make their choice from the abundant buffet and from the menu as well. Our kitchen provides a wide selection of specialties for vegetarian, gluten-sensitive and diabetic guests, who can all find something to their tastes.

The restaurant, situated in a picturesque quiet neighbourhood, provides an ideal venue for work lunches, wedding parties, standing receptions, family events and parties for friends.

Batthyány Mansion and Golf Resort****

The fully reconstructed Batthyány Mansion and Golf Resort**** opened it’s doors on 1 April 2014. The Mansion has a direct footpath connection with the Batthyány Castle****. The exlusive rooms, lobby and restaurant are waiting for our guests with a modern, charming exterior.

The new building has 19 rooms, among which 8 suites, 7 standard and 4 superior rooms. All the rooms are air conditioned, each has got a comfortable bathroom, TV, roomsafe, telephone and minibar. Our hotel has free WIFI system in the whole area of the hotel. Besides the complete reconstruction of the rooms, the lobby, the public areas and the park has been tranformed.

In April 2014, the fully reconstructed Batthyány Mansion opened it’s doors. The Mansion has a direct footpath connection with the Batthyány Castle. Exlusive rooms, lobby and restaurant welcomes our guests with a modern, charming exterior.

The new building has got 20 rooms: 8 suites, 8 standard rooms, 4 superior rooms.

We have 10 standard rooms which are located on the groundfloor and on the 1st floor. All rooms are 20-25m2.

Superior rooms

We have 2 spacious superior rooms which are 30-35m2, extra beds can be added.

Suites

We have 8 suites that can be found on the ground and on the 1st floor. The size of the suites is 38-40m2 where 4 people can be placed. The suits are divided into two areas, a bedroom and a living room where two extra beds can be put.
